[PIRATE] Princess Bjorn Brimtré

Appearance:


Bjorn has deep red hair the color of wine, and eyes the color of piercing bone. It has been debated that she can not see at all, but it's really just bad depth perception. Her clothing of choice is a rough, gray armor made from an unknown material, though some speculate that it looks rather like the shells of many aardvarks. Over the armor, a loose deep blue robe woven from the star-lit sky can be seen draped over her shoulders. While no one knows it's true power or origin, this robe acts as a guise for Bjorn, concealing her true form and making her appear like any other Shadow. She is perhaps the only Pirate to be seen sporting stilletto heels, a reflection of her vain nature.

Personality:

On the surface, Bjorn seems to be like any other Pirate-obsessed with money. And it's true. When she was offered payment for her people's services in the employment of the Shadow King, she sprung at the idea, not considering the deal for even a second. Overwhelmed by greed, she is dishonest, cruel, and foul-mouthed. However, she secretly longs to be treated as a lady, even though she insists to her vast crew that she's just "one of the boys". Late at night, in her ornate cabin, she often gazes at the mirror for hours, the beautiful Crown of the Surf on her head. She remembers the time when the Pirates were proud, regal people, never stealing from the poor, taking food from the starved, and never beating the beaten. How had they become such evil people? She supposed it was her fault, as it always was. Deep down, she has a huge inferiority complex, and this has kept her from making any friends, though she desperately wants one, more than any jewels or treasure, or infinite other riches. She was brought up as any other Princess, refined and elegant-but these traits have been lost under years of hard living. They must be buried there somewhere though...right?
